Returns & Exchanges

At Black Mountain Guitar Co, we want you to be completely satisfied with your gear. If your new instrument or accessory doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Carefully place the item in its original manufacturer packaging, including all manuals, tags, and accessories, then secure it inside a sturdy shipping box with adequate padding.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 business days of receiving your RMA.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the item to ensure it is in original condition, we will process your refund to your original payment method or issue a store credit for exchanges.
